Figure 3. Kobou : A veritable herd of cattle in the neolithic site of Kobou in the southwest of the Ennedi where due to the spring of Bechikele still today cattle can be seen. The rest of the Ennedi does not sustain cattle pastoralism today but the pictures are ubiquitous.
